Brave MCians donating their blood in the light of the event.

In one accord to the development of the outreach programs of Meycauayan College (MC), a bloodletting program themed “Give Love, Give Blood, Give Life” was held and spearheaded by the Community Outreach and Extension Office (COEO), National Service Training Program (NSTP) and Student Services Office (SSO), led by Ms. El Danlyn Cruz, Mr. Ranulfo Beluan and Mrs. Carmina Beluan respectively. It was held at the Dr. Locsin Multi-Purpose Hall last August 5, 2019.

Numerous MCians donated blood and approximately 50 participants who were students, professors, non-teaching personnel and employees were qualified to do so.

For the fulfillment of the program, MC had partners namely Jeuness Global Philippines, Philippine Pillars of Justice Association Inc. (PPJSAI), Citizen Welfare Community Service Unified Action Group Inc. (CWCSUAGI) and Red Cross Quezon City.

The program was a success for it has served and helped the people who needed it. According to Mr. Beluan, the program was part of a humanitarian project of MC. A lot of students were looking forward to the next bloodletting program to help the needy.
