The HSMC officers proudly joined the “Mga Kuwento ng Malayang Sining Art Exhibit” held at Meycauayan City Hall, together with their beloved Dean, Mrs. Ferolyn C. Santiago.
Β What makes this exhibit truly special is that the paintings were created by Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), reflecting their creativity, emotions, experiences, and stories through the power of art. Every painting tells a story.Β
Every story deserves to be heard. Every persons deserves hope.
