On June 24, 2026, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) conducted a monitoring visit to Meycauayan College, Inc. as part of its mandate to ensure that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) continuously comply with national standards and policies governing higher education in the Philippines.

The monitoring team, composed of Engr. Rico Jay S. Laxa, Ms. Tricia Gayle C. Bondoc, Ms. Maricris Z. David, and Ms. Aida S. Gomez, conducted an onsite monitoring and evaluation visit to assess the institutionโ€™s facilities, services, and overall operations. The activity focused on Quality Standard Checks, particularly in the areas of facilities, curriculum delivery, and student services. The visit aimed to assess the institution’s adherence to the standards set by CHED and to verify that academic programs, support services, and learning environments effectively contribute to the achievement of quality higher education outcomes.

During the monitoring process, the CHED team evaluated the adequacy, functionality, and safety of the institutionโ€™s physical facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and other learning resources. The team also reviewed institutional documents and records to determine compliance with applicable policies, standards, and guidelines prescribed by the Commission.

The monitoring visit provided MC with an opportunity to showcase its commitment to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance with national higher education standards. It also served as a valuable avenue for receiving recommendations from CHED that will further strengthen institutional operations, academic delivery, and student support services.

MC expresses its sincere appreciation to the faculty members, administrators, non-teaching personnel, and students who contributed to the successful conduct of the monitoring activity. Their dedication, cooperation, and hard work in preparing the required documents, exhibits, and facilities demonstrated the institution’s collective commitment to excellence and accountability.

As MC moves forward, it remains steadfast in its mission to provide quality education, foster student success, and continuously improve its programs and services in accordance with the standards and expectations of the Commission on Higher Education.
