Last November 12, 2018, the Future Mentors Society started their Education Week with a bang. A Sportsfest filled with various sports like volleyball, table tennis and Laro Ng Lahi. The FMS were divided according to their specialization. The BPE majors, BEED Generalist students, while Bio-Science, PSED, and BSE Math majors learned up to compete in the Sportsfest and so did the English and Filipino majors. It seemed like everyone still could not get enough of the last Intramurals, the Education students’ smiles and enthusiasm were very much vibrant and evident throughout the day.
At the end, the BPE majors brought home the bacon as the Sportsfest’s overall champion. The BEED Generalist students landed on the 1st place. Bio-Science, PSEd and Math majors on the 2nd place. And last but not the least, the English and Filipino majors as the 3rd Placer.
The last day of the weeklong celebration of the Education Students, ended with their Acquaintance Party. This year’s theme was “Dress to Impress” where everybody showcased his/her fad on choosing his/her attire for the party. Modelling and Games added to the good atmosphere of the event. The spirit of festivity enveloped everyone and made the celebration successful.
