For College Applicants                            

FRESHMEN

  1. Applicants for first year college may be admitted on the basis of the following:
    a. performance in the Meycauayan College College Entrance Examination (MCEE) to be administered by the Guidance and Counseling Office;
    b. academic performance in the secondary school (Form 138);
    c. other requisites as may be required by the specific course such as interviews, etc.
  2. The applicant must submit the following credentials to the Records Management Office for evaluation before getting the MCEE:
    a. report card
    b. a certificate of good moral character
    c. two (2) passport size with name tag ID picture (recently taken)
    d. PSA birth certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
  3. The Records Management Office will verify the submitted credentials to ensure authenticity and completeness. Any falsification and misrepresentation of such documents would constitute ground for disqualification.

TRANSFEREES

In addition to the above requirements, original and 2 photocopies of Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal (Transfer Credentials)

CPTE

  1. Original and 2 photocopies of Transcript of Records
  2. PSA Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate, original and 2 photocopies
  3. 2 Passport size with name tag ID picture (recently taken)
  4. Upon meeting all the requirements for application for CPTE, the applicant should accomplish the admission slip which requires the final approval (Registrar’s Office)

 

For Graduate School Applicants

  1. For new student, original and 3 photocopies of Transcript of Records
  2. For transferee, submit Transfer Credentials
  3. If married, 2 photocopies of Marriage Contract
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  5. 2 Passport size with name tag ID picture (recently taken)
