Having to finish your paper with all the limitations brought about by the recent surge of the Covid-19 pandemic can be disheartening. But as the saying goes– when God closes a door, He opens a window

That’s exactly what Meycauayan College’s Research, Publications, and Linkages Office (RLPO) did when it launched its first research consortium themed, “Teaching and Researching in the Time of Pandemic”, last October 25, 2021 via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The event offered tips and tricks for students and employees alike who are seeking to improve their skills and credentials in the academe. With the help of top-grade experts Drs. Romulo B. Mercado, Jr. and Ryan Jay Dayao, as well as Ms. Chona Timbol, MAEd, and Mr. Daryl Malonzo, RPm, RPsy, CPHR, PAF, the MC family’s questions and concerns that revolve around how to start and improve writing an effective research paper were shared and given light.

What’s even more exciting for the whole MC team is that the RPLO has officially announced the launching of its new online Research, Publications and Linkages Office (RPLO), which according to the Research Coordinator Ms. Karen Marie Ramirez, “will serve as the avenue of Meycauayan College towards institutionalizing research activities and empowering the research culture and capability of MC faculty members and students.”
