Friday, February 13, proved anything but unlucky as MCians filled the campus with energy and excitement. Professional and special organizations took the spotlight, transforming the grounds into a vibrant strip of themed booths, each bursting with creativity and character. Their efforts wove color and spirit into the institution’s annual celebration.

Featured booths included HSMC’s Snackatory; JPIA’s Lucky Pong Roulette and Rainbow Bounce; MCHS’ Rebus Royale; FMS’ Pinoy Stick Corner; CSM’s Wedding Booth; VOPJ’s Vanguard’s Aim and Code of Chance: Vanguard’s Color Booth; MCCC’s Pixel Perfect; JATS’ Sing-tunado Zone; PsychSoc’s Escape Room and Synchrospin: Human Slot Machine; MCCF’s Release Room; UAUXB’s Mythology Museum; JFINEX’s Sip, Slay, Save; JCBE’s Hearts and Hustle; and TCC’s MCinema Fest.

MCinema Season 6 emerged as one of the most talked-about highlights. Awards were presented during the event, recognizing outstanding performances and productions. Simon Corpuz of JCBE earned Best Actor with a score of 96.5, while Empress Sheryne Calalang of AAAC secured Best Actress with 97. Gabriel Diocampo of AEAS won Best Supporting Actor with 90.5, and Raquel Dela Peña of JFINEX claimed Best Supporting Actress with 98.5. Zyra Vinece A. Arcayos was named Best Director. JCBE took home Best Poster, and AEAS won Best Cinematography. In the overall rankings, AEAS placed second, ACJE ranked first, and JFINEX emerged as Champion.

The celebration concluded at the New Academic Building Auditorium with the booth awarding ceremony. PsychSoc’s Escape Room and Synchrospin: Human Slot Machine received the Most Prepared Booth award. VOPJ’s Vanguard’s Aim and Code of Chance: Vanguard’s Color Booth earned People’s Choice Booth. MCCF’s Release Room was recognized as Most Unique Booth, while JCBE’s Hearts and Hustle was named Most Active Booth—closing the day on a high note.
